"Instagram Shopping isn’t available for your account" but ...it is?

Hi! Hope you are doing well.

I am having some problems in connecting IG to my Shopify account.

When i try to connect i have the following error:

It seems like Instagram Shopping is not available, but it actually it is because I am using it! I have an Item for sale as you can see in the following screenshots.

What can I do? Thanks in advance

Those messages usually mean you’re already approved but haven’t connected a catalog properly. If it’s a Shopify catalog, that just means your FB page, ad account, and Instagram account need to be Administrated under the same Business Manager, AND you need to be an Admin of both the ad account and Facebook Page
Try to reconnect your catalog in instagram
Using Instagram, open your business profile options and then go to the Settings section.
Tap Business > Shopping, and then confirm your Facebook account.
Select the product catalog that you want to connect.
Tap Done

I think everything is connect properly

In IG when I go in Shopping it doesn’t show me to confirm my FB account and It shows that it’s already connected.

It shows only two options

Sitio web, which is Website

Productos, which are the Products

When I tap in Productos it shows the catalogs

Hyde here from Shopify, sorry for the delay in replying!

As @DigitalArtisans correctly pointed out, the issue is likely a catalog issue.

Shopify can’t speak to the Instagram app, and it’s impossible for Shopify to know what catalog you have selected in your Instagram app. When information appears incorrect in the Instagram app, we can try troubleshooting with you as I shall now.

Is the Instagram shopping section of the Facebook Channel setup as per this guide?

Is the Instagram account set to Visible instead of Invisible with the Business Manager > Settings > Business Assets:

In your Facebook Page settings is the same Instagram account connected as the one you are using, and is it the same Page connected in the Facebook Channel:

Is the Instagram account you’re using in the Instagram app the same Instagram account as what’s connected in the Facebook Channel? Is the Facebook Page connected in the Instagram app the same Page in the Facebook Channel:

Is your Instagram account that is connected to the Business Manager connected in the Facebook Channel:

Have you selected the same catalog in the Instagram app that the Facebook Channel uses:

You can click the name of the product catalog, which will bring you directly to that product catalog on Facebook. The URL you are brought to on Facebook is: https://business.facebook.com/products/catalogs/

If the catalog does not appear as an option to select in the Shopping section of the Instagram app, can you see the Catalog in your Business Manager? You can check by going to Catalog Manager on Facebook: https://business.facebook.com/products/catalogs. The catalogs you have access to appear here.

If the catalog associated with the Facebook Channel appears in Catalog Manager but not in the Instagram app, then the issue is with the Instagram app and not in Shopify’s support scope. In which case you will need to reach out to Instagram.
