Inventory section often doesn't load within product admin page

Since the big Shopify summer updates, the inventory section on my product pages on the backend get stuck and only show gray lines. When this happens, I have to reload the page and then the inventory section shows properly.

This is happening across multiple devices and browsers. I’d say it happens about 20-30% of the day I load a product page.
