Inventory sync between web and retail shop

I have one retail shop and one website. The website is 10% cheaper
with only one set of stock held in the retail shop and no warehouse.

we are moving to Shopify POS soon but when we scan items in. It shows the Shopify website price. Not the retail store price at full rrp

I know how to duplicate the products and add a prefix then import them back in. But how do I sell from one place and then the stock is automatically updated on the other side.

Hi @Sportology ,

I understand your requirements, and this should be possible with our app, Inventory Sync Go-Go. Many brands use this setup to sell products at different prices across various sales channels. The only things you need to ensure are:

  • The SKU values of these duplicate products should be the same.
  • They should be published on their respective sales channels.

Once you’ve confirmed these steps, just activate the auto-sync setting in the app settings. This will enable the app to sync any future details of these products in real time.
