Is it necessary to add supplier addresses in dropshipping settings?

I am totally new to dropshipping and Shopify. I am currently busy setting up my online store and need to ask what I think might be a stupid question, but here goes:

Do I need to add each suppliers physical address, where the products are shipped from, under -Settings → Locations, of my store?

I would really appreciate the help!!

This is a good question! Most customers actually do not know that you are dropshipping and the objective is mainly to ship their order within the required timeframe.

There’s no need to add the supplier’s address on the location settings of the Shopify admin. Since the supplier is responsible for the shipping, you do not need to make any changes to this setting at all. Here’s what you can do instead:

  1. Include on the Product Description the country where the item will be shipped from

  2. Include on the Product’s Description the estimated shipping timeframe of the product when shipped
