Is it possible to add a search bar to collection pages?

Hello.

I’m stuck.

Does anyone know how to add a search bar to a collection page on Shopify?

I’ve tried pasting the code for the Shopify search bar in various places but no luck:

{% include ‘search-bar’ %}

I do use an app for collection pages, to add filters, is there anyone who can help?
