Is it possible to adjust product price without variants?

Is it possible to alter a product price without using variants? Let’s say I have a product page dropdown selection that may add $2, but I don’t (or cant) use more variants. The +$2 is for a product customization (ex: color selection).

Is that possible without using a third party app?

I am currently using a third party app (YMQ Options) but it required substantial code customization, to the point where many Shopify features do not work on my shop anymore.
