Hy this Abdur Rehman from havenhubco there is not a option of Payoneer checkout in my payment proveders in Pakistan. Why? Is it not available in Pakistan?

To the best of my knowledge Payoneer Checkout is a supported gateway for merchants located in Pakistan, but they may have specific requirements for a business to be eligible.
I took a look at their website and I do see they have some very specific installation steps for Shopify stores to use their services. You can read through them here: Install Payoneer Checkout. I recommend contacting Payoneer directly if you are having any issues getting signed up with their service.
