Has anyone found a theme for Shopify which has this feature built on? I want all my product variants to show as separate products on the collection page.

@eeputti no, but it would be easier to create single products and link them to each other. The Beyours, Stiletto and Impact support this feature, by displaying linked products (variants) as color swatches.

I am pretty sure, that there are other themes that offer the same feature.
Third-party apps make it easy to separate variants. I own the Stamp – Collection Variantsapp , and we help merchants display variants separately on the collection page. You can customize the settings per collection to show or hide specific variants, filter variants, or separate them by specific options.
