Hey,
Is there an app where you can put your products in a form you have created. Example if something has gone wrong with the product, they can choose the product in the form and write what went wrong. It is good if the form is linked to the webshop so they can easily see all products. It is important that customers can choose several products in the form.
Does anyone know if there is an app for this?

Great question! There are many apps that can help you achieve this. They’re called form builders, or form apps. You can customize the fields your customer enters to your needs, or offer them to enter information such as order number, and model type so you can speed up your support requests.
You can use the apps Contact Form or Form Builder. You can also find other similar apps here.
