Is there an app for managing annual subscriptions in a consumables business?

The Nature of my company is selling consumables and machines. We wish to kick start an annual subscriptions plan for customers.

Logics

  1. Customer may choose Option A (a set of 24 consumables), Option 2 (a set of 36 consumables) or Option 3 (60 consumables)
  2. After complete the subscriptions, we will first ship 4 consumables.
  3. Every time customer order the balance (min 4 consumables) they have to return / exchange the same amount of empty consumables as they order
  4. Technically every time customer reorder the balance quantity they will get it for free (coz they signed up the plan)
  5. Customer can choose to renew the plan before it ends or return the empty consumables as end of subscriptions

Question:

  1. Any existing App can do similar logic ?
