Is there an app or way to get the total number of each item ordered?

Hello all,

We sell healthy meals delivered on a weekly sales cycle (mimismacros.com). Orders close on Wednesday at midnight. Once orders close I need to be able to see exactly how many of each meal has been ordered. Does anyone know of an app or a method to do this?

So for example…

Week May 12 to May 18

Meal A: 12 orders

Meal H: 27 orders

Meal Y: 14 orders

Right now I have to export all of the orders to excel, sort by meal, and count by hand. It’s seriously time consuming when we can have 1,600+ meals purchased in a week.

We added a sample report for you. If you go into the app under the My Reports menu you will find two reports:

  • Sales by Product Variant - 5/12/22 - 5/18/22

  • Sales by Product Variant - 5/19/22 - 5/25/22

Depends how you have the meals setup but it should be as easy as clicking Analytics/Reports/Sale by Product and setting the dates you want to see sales for.
