I made purchase from Loren Morgen and has been getting same mail (

store+91892580648@t.shopifyemail.com) saying your order will be delivered but it never delivers. Has anyone received order from Loren Morgen before???

Please help.

Scam. Ordered 2 Batania oil from mybotania.com in Nov 2024. Never received product. Cannot contact. Won’t reply to email. Reporting to BBB. Asking attorney friend to research owners, get money back.

same here and I’m also highly stressed. I’ve tried several channels of checking validity and emailing to no avail.

The same thing happened to me when I purchased a shirt from kookiasale. I think it is a scam.

I sent an email to Shopify and reported that I had not received my order and it’s been a month, but they really couldn’t do anything. SIGH! Beware of any online orders with many of these stores based in China.

I emailed you on June 23, 2025, regarding my order, and I have not received a response from you. Could you please let me know what is happening? Have I been scammed out of my money? And now I am emailing you again, so what is going on with this company? Are you guys using this as a front to take people’s money? I sent you the order information and everything, so what is the problem I needed to know something.

This looks very suspicious and needs to be handled cautiously. A kind reminder here is to avoid placing orders on some strange or less trustful stores, or we will encounter situations like this. It is almost a spam, and we cannot get the order finally at all.

I would like to report a store that I believe may be fraudulent.

The store has not provided any information, my order has not been delivered, and all contact attempts have gone unanswered. I have saved all payment evidence and emails.

Please investigate this case and, if possible, take appropriate action regarding this store.
