How to identify fraudulent email order confirmations?

Hi there,

We’ve just received a bogus email order confirmation through to our email.

It looks like its from Shopify but it is not on our order list in our shop, neither is the order number in sequence! It looks fraudulent.

We are very worried, please advise.

What email appears in the “sender” box? Does it show @shopify.com or something else? If you could include a screenshot that would be great! Thank you.
