From what I understand, legitimate businesses typically use email addresses with their own domain for customer service, rather than generic ones like Gmail. You should check your order history by logging into your account on the store where you supposedly made the purchase, or by contacting the store directly through their official website.
This looks at a bit suspicious to me, I would remain cautious and maybe even reach out to Shopify support directly to confirm if the email is indeed coming from them.

Thanks for providing that information from this email. This email could be an ‘order confirmation’ email that is sent to folks when they purchase something from a business. I could be more confident in this distinction if you could provide us with a screenshot of the email you received in questions.
In some situations, a business may have their emails be delivered from an address ending with ‘shopifyemail.com’ if they’ve not set up their domain and sender email address entirely yet.
If you purchased a product from an online business, and then received this email, then it’s likely an email related to that purchase, and you can reach out to that business directly via their contact information available on their website to confirm. If you did not purchase something recently from an online business, then it would be best to ignore this email. As always, it’s wise to practice good online security habits when checking out emails; if you receive an email out of the blue, and it’s not related to an action you took yourself or remember taking, it’s wise to either ignore it, or contact the entity the email is related to without clicking or using any of the information contained in the email itself.
I paid the SOAT on February 2nd this year and received a confirmation response from the email address store+85144666391@shopifyemail.com. However, the renewal does not appear in the RUNT, and the order tracking page is not working. Can you check if the email is real or a scam?

Typically, when you receive an order confirmation email the domain address from the email will end in the business name. With that being said, if you suspect that this email may be a phishing attempt - could you forward this email to our Trust and Safety team at Safety@Shopify.com? This will allow our team to carefully investigate the situation and look to put an end to the phishing campaign.
Hi I also made a purchase 3wks ago from jps pet supplies through this app wheres my order since it’s supposed to arrive been next day delivery! I rang jps pet supplies and they said they got no order a whatsoever #1003 that’s all i have nothing else have you guys scammed me on here

I am having the same issues and it’s stressing me out. I ordered something from KISSING BOOTH LIMITED and got an email and confirmation number and when I go to check on it, it says that the links are expired. I ordered it over a month ago, I have sent emails and have received no response but the money was taken out of my account and I don’t know if I was scammed or not.
Can you verify this? Because I need to return the package as they have sent me rocks! I ordered a phone for my daughter and a that is what I received. I am not paying for those!
Hi! I would also like to ask if the store+91560870227@t.shopifyemail.com email address is fake. I made an order on the site and they sent me a message that my order was accepted from this particular post. But after that they deactivated or deleted their site, I would like to know if this is a temporary technical problem or if they really deleted the site and tricked me?
Same here , i ordered a product on Feb 9th and got a confirmation email but still the product isnt delivered or any other response from their end. There’s no contact info in the website too…
I ordered from mangueparis named website and i ordered a redbull minifridge and it said i would get a free 24 poack of red bull too i paid 45euro and the money went from my bank account and i got a confirmation email but now the websites cant be found and i cant accsess them on any website whatsoever
