Is this Shopify email legitimate or a scam?

I placed an order through the website Feeels.in, which sells wheat bags and other wellness products. The business appears to be based in Tamil Nadu, India.

It has now been over two weeks since I placed the order despite their advertised delivery timeframe of 7 days. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them via phone, email and social media but have received no response.

I did receive an order confirmation email but it came from the above Shopify associated address, which seemed unusual. The tracking link included leads to a unhelpful page with no tracking updates.

The website and their social media profiles appear legitimate and professionally maintained but given the lack of communication and delivery I’m concerned that this may be a scam.

I would appreciate any confirmation. Also any advice to report them if it is a scam.

I would reach out to Shopify and let them know what’s going on. You may also want to reach out to your bank to get a chargeback. The domain t.shopifyemail.com is not one of the official email domains used by Shopify, which typically includes @shopify.com and related domains. Emails from this domain may not be legitimate and could potentially be phishing attempts. It’s advisable to verify any email received from this domain by checking directly with Shopify support or through your account on their official website. Always be cautious of emails requesting personal information or containing suspicious links.
