I’m making an about us but it keeps spreading on every page I have. Even when I make a collections section it keeps spreading. I want every page on their own design without spreading. Anybody know? I just started

You should read a bit on using page templates https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/theme-structure/templates but in short you would need to create a new page template and call it aboutus then in admin on About page choose that page.aboutus and save. Then you can customize it and add sections that will be unique to that About us page.
