Keeps asking Reconnect my facebook account

Hello,

I have ran into some issues related to reconnecting my facebook account, no matter how many times I reconnect my account. It keeps telling me to Reconnect my facebook account.

Hello @ataraxily !

You will need to delete the Facebook sales channel in order to resolve the disconnecting issue. This is the best way to troubleshoot it. Once you’ve removed the sales channel (Settings > Sales Channels > click the trash can icon), please follow these steps:

Remove Shopify from your Facebook Business Integrations here (select Shopify > Remove).
Log out of Facebook.
Reinstall the sales channel and try to connect (click the + button beside “Sales Channels” on the lefthand side of your admin, select Facebook, follow the prompts)

  1. Go to Business Manager/Shop Manager/Events Manager:

2. Then use a browser with bad security - I used Edge. Then I got the pop up to add my FB credentials.

This still hasnt been fixed three years later. Every time I log into Shopify I have to reconnect Facebook. I have deleted the app, reinstalled the app, checked all of my admin privileges and it continues.
