We are a bakery and we sell cakes across 3 local markets on 3 different days of the week. Because we stock a full bakery worth of goods, we only have the capacity to bake 3 cakes per location per week. Is there any way of limiting orders to 3 cakes in total(tagged with ‘cake’) per pickup location for every week?

Yes, it’s possible. Requires some custom code so it can check the current orders of the week for that particular locations before user can proceed for the order if its already 3 then it will not allow the user to place the order.
I suggest to take help from a developer for this. or I can do this.
