In shopify chat, you can write that I want to connect with support executive then their AI will connect with you a real person,
also you can post your query here on shopify community, if someone know the answer then he can reply so you can get a much customized solution in many cases

Please reach out to Shopify support.
Sometimes it does look impossible. I think depending on work hours, most likely US-based, and from load support has.
But also do try in chat to type " Humman support" or “Support advisor” and wait a bit.
