EDIT: It would seem that my search feature is working properly again, AND that filters that weren’t there before have suddenly reappeared. It looks like there was some sort of a temporary blip going on so this post can be ignored. I did spend a good fifteen to twenty minutes searching before I came here, so I didn’t just jump to conclusions on this one, but clearly there was some sort of weird technical error that has since fixed itself.
I’m trying to locate a POD listing on my backend but the search won’t pull it up. I’m searching for the literal title that I copied and pasted from the live front end listing, and again it doesn’t come up. I’ve searched for individual words within that listing, it doesn’t come up. They lobotimized the search feature and most of the filters have been removed which has just sent my frustration and anger through the roof. I’ve searched for tags that I know are on that listing, not coming up. Other POD listings come up with no trouble and this is extremely upsetting as I never had trouble finding anything before. Seriously considering a search for an alternative platform especially as I keep seeing the functionality disappear on Shopify. Does anyone have any advice aside from a manual search going listing by listing?
