:light_bulb: Looking for App Recommendations for My Store

Hello everyone, I’m looking for some apps that can help me with logistics and order management inside Shopify:

:one: Logistics & Courier Assignment
I need an app that lets me assign each set of orders to a courier, and ideally a driver app where the courier can mark the order as delivered.

:two: Order & Complaint Management
I also need an app to manage:

  • Same-day delivery orders (all visible on a board/dashboard).

  • Complaints about deliveries (whether the order was delivered or not).

  • A board that sends notifications to my team, so no customer on WhatsApp or other channels gets forgotten.

Basically, I want a board-style system (like Notion/Trello, but inside Shopify) where my team can see all same-day orders + complaints and stay on top of customer follow-ups.

For courier assignment + delivery tracking, check EasyRoutes.

For order/complaint management, tools like Richpanel (No free plan and a bit pricey) or Gorgias keep all customer follow-ups in one dashboard.

If you want a board-style system, combine EasyRoutes with Richpanel for the best coverage.

Thank you so much that’s exactly what I needed , the only thing is that I’m on the basic plan and Easy routes is not supported
