I am currently using POWR to create a form builder on my page for wedding and events enquires, however $18 per month does add up very quickly. I was wondering if anyone had another suggestions?
Form Requirements
- multiple question boxes to answer
- clients must be able to upload inspo pictures
- be able to link a Pinterest inspo board
- check boxes with options

Let me suggest an alternative from Elfsight. You can find our Form Builder in the Shopify store.
It allows you to create all typical fields, and upload files too. On the same page that I attached, you will see a list of all current features.
