Thanks for your question. This is actually a common challenge with Shopify because native bundles don’t handle complex product configurators very well.
We’ve built a dedicated Shopify app specifically for this use case: PC Builder MW.
It lets customers build their own PC by selecting components (CPU, RAM, GPU, Storage, Motherboard, etc.) from your existing Shopify products while checking compatibility in real time. When the order is placed, each selected component is added to the cart as individual Shopify products, so inventory is deducted from the original products automatically. It also supports one-click bundle checkout without duplicating products or maintaining separate stock. (PC Builder MW)
