I can’t seem to find a report on what products have been sold in each store for inventory, purchasing and projection purposes.
Is there something that will give me a by-store or by-POS report, as well as the products and variants?

You should be able to customize the Retail Sales by POS Location and add the product columns.
Is that in Shopify? Analytics? Can you give me a bit more guidance? I appreciate it!

No this isn’t available for Basic Shopify.
