Anyone else hate looking up order info while a customer is waiting on the phone?
Used to be pretty stressful for me. Last week I tried a Shopify app that looks up the customer’s name, order history, and shipping status using AI on the phone. Calls are automatically handled now, and customers don’t need to repeat themselves.
