Hello there, I just check your site. No doubt you put your efforts to make it conversion focused as you case. But from the view of the expert, it’s below the average. Yes, the current layout is not what customers was.

Imagine how you put the featured products in one row at once. And most important page which is the home page is also not conversion focused. It’s the very simple one as lower class websites has.

That say, you need to redesign your store for better conversion.

See the websites below that shared and compare it with your one on how they well looking.

Kalles shopify theme 4 (password: 4) [Password: 4].

Thanks for feedback would explore further. So in your mind issue us strictly focused on design?

Thanks

Yes, this is the most important part. Having a professional look and better UI UX leads he customers to make decision faster to purchase product.

Along with adding the trust badges, bundles and offer them discounts is another way to make sure customer don’t leave the website without purchasing.

Hi @btamanji

My first impression is the price and how much actually goes to artisans in Africa. And that price is premium but probably qualiy is great. Still, site should match the price and your stie is very basic. Images on the home page are huge, and product one are bad quality. Plus that sofa set product image is not professional at all. Again, compared to the price.

For me announsment bar is a waste of space. Menu should be reorganied and the most important links, to collction should be top, group others and remove Home. As I said, home pge banner image is huge, you do not want to check your site on wide scren monitor  but also her is not much text, content to explain your store your products, give reassurance to customer, no trust signals, like reviews, testimonials. You have to tell a story and lead customers to sales.

Collection page, no description, and uneven images.

Product page, nothing more than default content: product basic info and “you may also like”. That will not sell much.
Please fix the description on “Amour Rattan Sofa Set” text is just 8px, so invisible.

About us videos are nice addition, but they may raise some concerns for customers. For me, products need to be much better packed.

And you are using a free theme, but also very basic and not to its full potential. But also some paid themes would bring for sure better sales, but you need to improve images and content. Show why those products cost that much. How they made, material block on homepage, and product page. How to take care, and add some review app.

And you have a lot of topics on forum that holds lot of good tips, just search “store feedback”, “no sales” or “zero sales.”

Good luck with sales.

Hi there @btamanji the pricing looks okay to me and the loading speed was good as I didn’t experience any lagging whatsoever. My suggestions would be to add in customer reviews for credibility and to add in a high definition video or two to display the featured products properly.

Thanks for the feedback. Needless to say some of the contributions here have helped to move it along from its initial state. As a newish shop reviews are not as easy yo come by. But will working it.

Videos ..hmm will explore as the ones I had were not if good picture quality

Hi @btamanji

700-1000 visits monthly with big drop-off from viewing to add-to-cart means your product pages have serious friction. Let me tell you what’s wrong.

On your product pages, you’re showing content first and then the products. Don’t do that. People clicking from Google Ads searching for “natural rattan sofa” or “handcrafted rattan furniture” want to see the actual products immediately, not wade through marketing copy. Show product images, pricing, and purchase options first. Supporting content can come after the add-to-cart button.

Show complementary products in slider cart. Someone adds a rattan sofa, show them matching armchairs or coffee tables. Someone grabs a bed, suggest coordinating bedroom pieces. Help them visualize complete room setups with your artisan furniture.

Don’t install separate apps for cart features. Something like iCart handles all your cart customization like upsells, bundles, discounts, and more in one place, affordable and effective.

Your SEO isn’t proper either. Handcrafted rattan furniture, eco-friendly natural furniture, artisan conservatory seating - these have search volume. Optimize everything so you’re not entirely dependent on paid Google Ads that aren’t converting well anyway.

Furniture has inherently lower conversion rates than impulse products, but big drop-off from viewing to cart means your product pages aren’t convincing people.

Fix product page layout to show products first, implement slider cart with room-set recommendations, optimize SEO to reduce ad dependency, and add extensive furniture-specific information that answers every buying concern. Those changes will improve that drop-off and start converting your paid traffic better.

Hi @rutvik_shop thanks for the feedback. Will take some of your points on board. Quite useful.

Some other points are a bit confusing as all the info you mentioned is there on product pages and AI scrapes at times miss them.

Hello @btamanji,

Shopping for furniture can feel overwhelming since it is a significant investment. Because customers are relying mostly on photos/dimensions, it can lead to hesitation or abandoned carts. Images alone do not always communicate size, scale, color accuracy, or the small details clearly.

Many furniture brands are now exploring Augmented Reality to help customers preview products in their own spaces before purchasing. This tool can give them a confidence boost and clarity during the decision-making process.

The good news is that AR technology has become more affordable, accessible, and easy to use for businesses of different sizes.

With AR, customers can view furniture in their space using their phone, helping them better understand your products. This can help increase customer confidence, which may lead to higher conversions and fewer returns.

Hope this helps and inspires you to explore what tools are available.

Yes.. exactly… it’s require first. @btamanji

Thanks for the insight. Kind regards
