Low Sales on My Shopify Store (www.good-lives.com) – Need Advice!

:waving_hand: Hey,

I launched my Shopify store, Good Lives, which focuses on health and fitness products, but I haven’t made many sales this year. I’m looking for insights on what I might be missing and how to improve conversions.

:one: First Impressions – Does my store look trustworthy and professional?

:two: Product Pages – Are my product descriptions and images engaging enough?

I’d really appreciate any constructive feedback! Has anyone experienced this before and found a way to turn things around?

Thanks in advance!

Hey @Goodlives

After having a detailed look on your store, I would suggest a lot of improvements can be done on it as right now, it’s not only designed in a very a basic way but also not user-friendly as well. There are a lot of changes that can be done and I can point them out for you as well below.

  • No Logo is inserted on the website
  • Color Scheme can be improved
  • Home page is too short which doesn’t defines the brand identity
  • No footer menus on the website
  • Simple basic product page

These are some basic points which I mentioned for your website. If you’d like my help in fixing your website and make it look more professional then you’re more than welcomed to connect with me and I would be more than happy to give your website a right direction!

Best Regards,

Moeed

Hi, thanks for all your suggestions. I decided to work on those points you highlighted, and now I’m going to try running ads to see if my conversions improve.

Many thanks
