Thank you for the insight, from what I see, they are not adding to cart. My shop is MindShiftHealth.ca I would appreciate any suggestions…

I have the cart reminders, and discounts as well. I will work on the descriptions although I do feel they are worded correctly as you noted. Thanks for your suggestions

Hi @Mindshifthealth ,

Thanks for reaching out to the Shopify Community! I’m Mia from MooseDesk, your go-to Live Chat, WhatsApp and FAQ App here to help enhance your customer support experience

I took a quick look at your store: mindshifthealth.ca — love the calming tone of your brand, it’s a great fit for the wellness niche! That said, here are a few suggestions to enhance your store’s UI/UX and conversion flow, please kindly check:

1. Add a Hero Section

Currently, the homepage opens with a blank space, which can be disorienting. A hero banner with a high-quality lifestyle image, a clear headline, and a CTA (like “Shop Now” or “Discover Our Wellness Tools”) would create an immediate emotional connection. Please check example below:

2. Display Trust Badges Section

Adding trust badges (secure checkout, money-back guarantee, free shipping, etc.) section into your homepage can reassure visitors and reduce friction before they buy.

3. Highlight Your Featured Products

Your homepage is missing a clear product spotlight. A “Best Sellers” or “Our Favorites” section helps guide new visitors directly to your top offerings — a key way to increase clicks and conversions.

4. Add a Testimonial Section

Social proof is powerful — even a few customer testimonials can build credibility and emotional reassurance. You can place this above the footer or mid-scroll with customer photos or simple quotes.

5. Add a Live Chat for your online store

Visitors often leave when they can’t find quick answers. I can notice that you are missing an essential customer support tool to allow customer contact with you directly**.** When customer have questions about shipping, product ingredients, delivery timelines, or returns, they expect fast and clear answers. Without a proper system in place, a few things can happen:

  • Abandoned checkouts: Confused or hesitant buyers often drop off if their questions aren’t answered quickly.

  • Frustrated customers: Repeated or unresolved issues can lead to negative reviews or lost loyalty.

  • Scattered communication: Relying on email or Instagram DMs makes it hard to track and respond efficiently, especially as the store scales

I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a FREE Live Chat, WhatsApp & FAQ App. You can easily reach customer support via WhatsApp, ensuring immediate assistance for inquiries. Also, the widget provide multi self-Service options such as Order tracking, Translation and FAQ section empower customers to resolve common questions on their own, reducing the need for direct support.

Hi there, @Mindshifthealth . Glad to know that you’ve got the traffic. I took a tour of ‘Mind Shift Health’ and notice that you’ve got a solid foundation for it already. The overall design looks bright and professional, however, there are a few points I personally think you could level things up with:

  • Navigation: The header is clean but might feel too basic, making it harder for users to find specific products or categories. You can add more dropdown menus based on product collections (like ‘All’, ‘Stress Relief’, etc.) and shoppers will find it easier to jump straight to what they’re looking for. Also, keeping the menu and banner sticky (stays at the top when scrolling) is highly recommended.

About the footer, everything is missing right now. You need to complete it as soon as possible so visitors won’t be struggling to find key info like shipping details, returns, your story, etc. especially if they’re at the bottom of a page.

- Homepage: The hero section (that big banner when customers land on the site) might not be grabbing attention/first impression as much as it could. You can consider adding a bold headline & clear CTA button (‘Shop Now’, ‘Explore’, etc.) and throwing in a high-quality image of your top products to hook visitors right away.

- Product Pages: Spice them up with customer reviews and maybe a video or extra photos. Consider making the ‘Add to Card’ button pop with more contrasting colors.

- Trust & Proof: Visitors might hesitate if they do not see enough proof that others experience and love your products or not. Just add a “What Our Customers Say” section with real testimonials or star ratings or toss in some IG posts from happy customers (if you’ve got them) to show your community vibe.

- Content and Engagement: Since the store is all about mental health, having Blog and About pages could very likely do more to connect with your visitor emotionally. Start with your brand’s story on the About page (your drive, motivations, etc.) and for the Blog, you can share posts like ‘5 Ways to Stress Less Naturally’ to pull in readers and boost SEO.

Keep up the great work and just let me know if you want to help brainstorm more ideas! :slightly_smiling_face:

Hey there @Mindshifthealth just had a look at your store and kudos for you first of all for selling products that are of such under appreciated but very important value.

In terms of suggestions for the store, I suggest you add a blog site which will help share helpful content and drive more traffic to your store through both SEO and social media.
It would also be very helpful to have customer reviews at the bottom of the homepage where people can speak about how your sheets helped clear their mind and make them better on a daily basis etc.

Thank you for all your info. I will be checking out everything recommended! Appreciate it

Thank you! I will incorporate your suggestions, currently working from a mobile, will see how much I can do from there. Appreciated!

Thank you Manuel! I appreciate all your help! Thanks for taking a look!!!

Great Job on driving traffic—that’s half the battle! :tada:

At First, look at your analytics to spot drop-off points (product page, cart, checkout).

Next, boost trust: add crisp photos, clear benefits, customer reviews, and a “free or fast shipping” callout.

Try a time-limited welcome discount or quick pop-up to capture emails and re-engage visitors.

Finally, simplify checkout: remove extra fields, show total costs early, and test mobile speed.

Little tweaks can move the needle, give a few a spin and watch your the conversions change.

Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. After viewing your website, I believe our expertise could add value to your business.

One key is to look at your store’s visitor experience and conversion strategy from a fresh perspective. Sometimes, even small changes in navigation, product discovery, and trust-building can make a significant difference. For instance,

  1. Making sure your homepage and product pages highlight bestsellers, feature compelling product recommendations, and add clear call to action buttons at the hero section can help guide visitors toward making a purchase.

  2. Adding prominent customer reviews, testimonials, and trust badges can also reassure shoppers who are new to your brand.

Another effective approach is to implement retargeting campaigns. Retargeting works by showing personalized ads to people who have already visited your site but didn’t buy, reminding them of your products as they browse other websites or social media. It is different from generic display or dynamic ads because it focuses on people who have already shown interest in your store, which could improve your ROAS.

Finally, keep refining your SEO by focusing on intent-driven keywords and optimizing your site structure for both people and search engines. Test your site’s usability, analyze where visitors drop off, and make sure your store is mobile-friendly and fast-loading. With some targeted adjustments and a focus on re-engaging interested visitors, you’ll be in a strong position to start turning those visits into sales.

To streamline the work of launching retargeting campaigns, you can take a look toward our Ako Marketing App, allowing you to set up targeted ads and loyalty rewards that encourage both first-time purchases and repeat business. This combination of retargeting and loyalty can help convert your store’s visitors into engaged, returning customers. Meanwhile our app integrated with Judge.Me, which streamline your work of launching the customer reviews section too.

Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don’t forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful.

Hello! I can see you’re facing a common challenge - good traffic but no conversions. After reviewing MindShiftHealth.ca, I’ve identified several critical issues preventing sales.

The Core Problems- Design & Professional Appearance: Your store looks quite basic and doesn’t inspire confidence for mental health products. Missing favicon, simple sections, and overall unprofessional appearance are major deterrents in this trust-sensitive market.

  • Pricing Strategy Issues: At $6-10 CAD for individual worksheets, you’re competing with free resources online. Mental health customers often expect either very affordable options or comprehensive premium packages.
  • Product Presentation: 20+ scattered individual worksheets create decision paralysis. Customers don’t know which one to choose or how they work together.
  • Missing Trust Elements: No customer reviews, testimonials, or professional credentials visible. For mental health products, credibility is crucial.
  • Weak Value Proposition: Product descriptions don’t clearly explain the unique benefits or how these differ from free alternatives available online.
  • No Content Marketing: Missing blog means you’re losing massive SEO opportunities in mental health searches where people actively seek guidance.
