Make Custom Liquid message flush right on Cart page

Hi,

I created a Custom Liquid message on the Cart page, below the Checkout button.

Online Store > Customize > Cart (from top drop down) > Add Section > Custom Liquid

I would like the message flush right margin (below or above) the Check out button. Right now the margin for the Custom Liquid is flush left below the Check out button.
