Malicious link- Shopify refuses to remove

As many have posted prior…Google has shut off my ads due to the following offending link on my site that they refer to as “malicious software” I provided the link to Shopify & asked them to remove it. They have refused & stated that I must hire a random stranger in the “jobs section” to remove it from my site. I am not super tech savvy, but it seems to me they could just remove the offending link easily? I am not running any 3rd party themes or apps. Tips? My current thought is to leave Shopify completely, but I’d love a more immediate solution. Thank you for any replies

Are there any things that have been inserted into your theme’s header code without you knowing?
