Hey,
We’ve had 1,500 visitors to our Shopify store recently, which is great! But, we haven’t made any sales from all that traffic. I am using TikTok Ads to promote my Website and thats where the traffic comes from. I tried many things and watched a lot of Youtube Videos, but still nothing changed.

thank you

Great news on the traffic! 1,500 visitors is a promising start, but converting them into sales requires some fine-tuning. Let’s look at two key areas: understanding your visitors and optimizing your store. First, analyze your target audience. Are your TikTok Ads attracting the right people? Make sure your ads speak directly to their interests and showcase how your products benefit them. Shopify’s guide on diagnosing traffic with no sales offers great tips on analyzing your audience: https://www.shopify.com/blog/traffic-no-sales. Second, optimize your store to make the buying process smooth. Ensure a user-friendly mobile experience, clear product descriptions with high-quality visuals, and a trustworthy feel with an “About Us” page and return policy. This will build trust and encourage visitors to convert. You can find tips to reduce abandoned carts on Shopify’s Help Center: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/promoting-marketing/create-marketing/abandoned-checkouts. By implementing these suggestions and using the provided resources, you can bridge the gap between website visitors and paying customers.

Thank you for your reply.
First of all, I did so many different things like new Ads, new targeting etc. nothing worked for me. I think the product is ok, but maybe my website isnt good enough.
I’ve had a look over the site and I have a few suggestions based on the visual presentation of the site. It would be interesting to see the traffic metrics, visitor location, pages views, running a heat map etc, but hopefully the suggestions below will give you some improvements to consider.
Creative Vibe
I would like to see the site appeal to a creative vibe than the current clean look. I’m not a fan of the blue accent colour used, it has a very B2B feel about it, instead of conveying a more fun and creative energy. I’d test some different colour gradients instead, think incredible sunset or paradise beach etc. Even on the product page the Single/Duo/Trio selectors are very square and rigid feeling. The drop down boxes for selecting colour/phone also feel sterile. At the very least I’d like to add a border radius to everything to soften the look, but I’d seriously consider ditching the three tier discount selectors altogether and instead focus on colour and phone selection. Using colour coded variant selector pills for example would be a better fit. Make the purchase feel special as opposed to a commodity offering bulk discounts.
Product Shots
I’d like to see more real world product photography, the renderings and digital mock ups are not very appealing and feel very 'aliexpress". I don’t think you should try to sell these on the merits of the technology, instead focusing on the fun and creative nature, especially if you’re using TikTok/Reels to market them. Also the images are a little too large at 2890x2890, which is impacting loading speeds.
Product Page Layout
I would recommend moving the ‘surprise your friends’ and review sections higher up the page. These sections are great, they showcases the product the best without needed bullet points for the tech.
Low Stock Count Scroller
I’m not sure this is adding much to the product page, instead i’d test phrases like "Prepare for summer
", “Take memories with you” etc. Appeal to customers on an emotional level.
Explainer video
I think an explainer/demonstration video somewhere on the site would be beneficial too.
Great job so far, wishing you all the best for the future!

Hello Hustlehard777,

Hi,
I am piloting a tool to do detailed Website Content Audits for landing Pages (https://www.saleso.ai/product/website-content-feedback-tool ). As a part of that, generated a detailed report for your page here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EfbQY6Di-xFpQt4YwySP_btWjNdj3etP/view?usp=sharing. If that is cumbersome, you can also find a summary here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IvdUFmBCu7z-GPIaLHVwoDBJ2dBgqSPD/view?usp=sharing. Hope this is useful to you. If possible, do give me feedback on it.
Thanks for reaching out and offering to pilot your website content audit tool for landing pages! I’m interested in seeing the reports you generated for iubenda’s partner directory page.
While I can’t access links directly from Google Drive, I’m happy to review the summaries you provided at these links:
Please let me know if there’s anything specific you’d like feedback on within the reports, or if you’d just like my general impressions. I’m always looking for ways to improve our website content, so your insights would be valuable.
