Hi all, I am stuck, please help. Previously, our website was designed and maintained by a 3rd party who has since not able to do it anymore and we are not able to access his service even if he wants to.

What happened is that our website when we created it as a normal price and a member price as you can see below:

And when you add this product (Le Tre Colonne) into the cart, it will reflect the member price automatically if you had already signed up as a member on our website like you see below:

And I discovered the membership price is reflected in the metafield of each product page.

The problem we encountered is when we added new products like the one below, even if I filled in the metafield as above and the member price is shown on the online store but yet when you add it into the cart, the member price is not reflected, please see below:

I don’t know how and where even to start looking so that the new products member prices get reflected in the cart too! Please help, appreciate and thanks!

So in the product metafield, we keyed in the member prices like these. Both have the member prices but yet the new product do not reflect it in the cart

I believe it is done via automatically applied discount which applies to some of your products.
The discount code is applied automatically after you login.
As shown on your screenshot – “Elisir membership”.

And the metafield is actually only for display purposes.

I’d look into your discount codes, find this discount code and see to what products it applies. If new products are missing from the list (or do not belong to collection this discount code applies to), then this is most probably the reason.

The strange thing is in our discount section, there is no such discount codes setup called ‘Elisir Membership’

Found out the problem. Ended was that the previous person used an APP to do the membership prices so we did not know, we were fiddling around and found the app and viola, its resolved now.
