Meta Pixel doesn't work after following all steps.

Hi guys,

I installed my Pixel on meta through the sales app in shopify and the events manager in meta. I used several youtube guides and the meta walkthroughs. It seems my pixel is set up because it is receiving some (not all) data. So it seems i am on the right track but it is not correct yet. Can someone tell me where i am going wrong?

Some information here:
It looks active

But if i go to meta to make an ad there is no pixel to select here

It tells me to get started and create a pixel which gives me this screen every time

It might have to do with this diagnostic issue but it tells me it doesn’t need action at the same time

your ad account is not assigned with pixel that’s why you are unable to select the pixel in the ads manager.

So far your tracking is all right. ’

If you get any discrepancies between Shopify analytics and Facebook pixel set up the pixel via Google Tag Manager.
