can you please share which method have you used to create and implement the pixel across your store? i.e., is it the Facebook and instagram app, manual code insertion, etc.
because only then, i can provide the most accurate suggestions.
however, in general, as i can see that some of your events are not getting recorded in meta, and for that:
make sure that your pixel id in shopify matches the one in meta events manager.
(if you are using the facebook and instagram sales channel app) turn customer data sharing to maximum
test events in Meta events manager using the test events tool and complete a real test order
ensure that either duplicate or pixels from multiple apps or sources are conflicting with each other.
these should help troubleshoot the issue. if even these steps don’t help, you might have to consider using a third-party facebook pixel app. if you are okay with that, then maybe i can suggest some options.
