Migrating PayPal Subscriptions to PayPal Express

Hello!

We’re trying to help a merchant migrate to our membership app from one that created subscription payments directly on PayPal. The export from PayPal provides a Profile ID starting with “I-”.

Can anybody confirm whether it’s possible to migrate this over to PayPal Express billing agreements? The docs mention that billing agreements start with “B-”.

Hello @simplee_chris , I apologize for the late reply.

We recently checked with PayPal and they clearly stated that I- billing agreements cannot be migrated. WE would love to have them onboard but this is mostly a PayPal restriction.
