I’ve been having an issue with logging into my Shopify acct. through the mobile app, when I log in. It keeps opening up as if I’m creating a New Store! I’ve been trying to get help through Shopify Support, and nothing have been resolved, it sucks that these companies are using AI’s instead of a live person! As a business owner using this platform, and cannot successfully get the assistance that’s needed. It’s now a struggle for me to check for sales or any business through the mobile app
