I need my Mailchimp embedded Form Code it to have mobile friendly size and to be in the centre of the screen on desktop.

Can anyone help?

I have 2 stores and I am not receiving a code for log in to my phone for
either account
I have foilqueenfoils.com and evethesalon.com.au

Its when I am logging in I usually receive a code to my mobile to enter to
get access to the website but I just stopped receiving the text adn can
only gain access with a recovery code
