Mobile versions looking different

I just finished fixing up my website’s footer so it looks nice on mobile, and it shows that it should look nice:

But for some reasons, when I load it up on my actual phone (I have a 2nd generation SE) it shows it all messed up like this:

Anyone might know why this is? Also, does it show up all messed up for you as well on mobile or is it just me?

I checked both on Iphone and Samsung device and it looks good. Your phone might have a smaller screen so you might be getting that issue. If you happened to add a code on your theme within the upper or lower section recently without changing this section then that would be your culprit.
