I have opened a new store on shopify and 3 days later (today) I got billed 36€ instead of 1€. After this I inactivated my store. What can I do to get my money back? I do not use the platform at all.

A user opened a new Shopify store and was unexpectedly charged €36 instead of the anticipated €1 trial fee just three days later.
Current situation:
Status: The issue remains unresolved with no responses yet. The user is awaiting advice on the refund process for what appears to be an incorrect billing charge.
