Please assist with code to move my email subscription to above the footer

Can I take a look? that would be tricky cause I think its outside on the footer section. Would you mind to share your Store URL website? with password if its protected. Thanks!

The Dawn email section can be turned on and off. It is unable to be moved. There is away to accomplish what you are looking for within the Dawn theme.
