I was wondering if there is any option for me to use since I am from EU and can not use Shopify Payments as a gateway.

At this time selling in multiple currencies is only supported via Shopify Payments, but some countries that are part of the EU are supported. You can see a detailed list of supported countries for Shopify Payments here: Supported countries for Shopify Payments.
If the country you are located in is not part of that list, I would love to know where you are located so I can share that feedback with our Shopify Payments team for consideration.
