Multiple Stores with different product for only one Shopify Plus account

One of my clients needs a solution for migrating from the Magento platform to Shopify.

Merchant information:

  • They have 5 stores for 5 different cosmetic brands.
  • They’re managing these stores on the same tool.
  • Each brand has over 5000 products (variants not included), and each brand has a lot of product types.

Their requirement is to use Shopify to manage all of these stores, which must have the same functions they are using, such as product recommendations on the checkout page, loyalty points, and customer management.

My question is, can Shopify support this case in any way? Can they use only one Shopify Plus account or they need to make 4 difference accounts?

Shopify Plus can support this case effectively. Shopify Plus supports multi-store management through the Shopify Plus Organization Admin and it can can handle large inventories. Regarding the other functions, Shopify’s robust features and extensive app ecosystem can be leveraged to meet their requirements.

Can Shopify Plus Organization Admin handle unlimited products nor categories?

For example, when browsing their product, the breadcrump would be like this “Home / Accessories / Perfume / Brandname”.

  • They have almost every perfume brands on their store, each brand wil have a lot of products.
  • And this is only Perfume in Accessories category, some of the same perfume type have difference variants about capacity and year of produce.

=> The Shopify plus membership plan allows you to create 9 expansion stores along with one main Shopify store thus making 10 stores in total. Moreover, you also get to create more stores at an extra fee of $250 USD per month for each extra store you make.
