From one day to another my shop was terminated. I just paid the subscription and started navigating on it filling out some general information. I just started only 1 item was uploaded. The following day it was shut. I’ve contacted the Support Chat who raised a ticket for me and after a day I got an automated email asking for general info such as my proof of address, certificate of incorporation of my business and so on. I replied immediately but haven’t heard since. It happened on 29/01/2024. I’ve repeatedly contacted that email address with no luck and the chat again which is just useless, they keep repeating the same thing: they can’t share more info about why the store was terminated but they’ll make sure my case is being reviewed by the relevant team.
Anyone did experience a similar situation? How did you come out from there? Any suggestion?
I appealed and they requested a list of documents, 2 weeks later my website was reviewed and back online. I kept in contact with Shopify support and kept asking to escalate my case, it seemed to work.

the same happened to me. Just submitted the documents they requested and waited patiently until they restored my shop. That happened literally 2 days after I posted this so I’m working like crazy now. Sorry for my late reply.
Moi aussi j’ai reçu ça et c’est à cause de l’utilisation d’un non payé par contre depuis je ne peux plus créer de boutique tous mes informations ne passent pas juste 3 jours d’essai après je ne peux pas payer l’abonnement !
