I am here because recently I signed up a new account and start developing. I just added a banner and some details. Shopify terminated my store and asked me for some documents for verification. I added all the documents of my company and my personal which Shopify asked for. I added all documents and submitted my appeal. It’s been more than 2 weeks, but I did not received any response from Shopify. I did contact with Shopify customer support five to six time. Everytime they said your case in the line our operational team will contact you soon. But nothing happened. I submitted my appeal on October 22 and today is November 8. Please help me know anyone how can I fix this issue. And what should I do?
