Hey there @JoeHarry1 the mobile UX is pretty good from my ends. It’s easy to navigate through and the images look like proper HD. My suggestions would be to maybe make the descriptions on the homepage a bit shorter and more summarized. Also at the end of the page, I always look out to see if the accepted methods of payment and social media pages of the business are there.
While clicking to any product It’s not working
Are u upgrading something?
Hi @JoeHarry1 ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Shopify Community! I’m Mia from MooseDesk , your go-to Live Chat, WhatsApp and FAQ App here to help you enhance your customer support experience
Your store looks really professional and I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. Let me give you some comments on your mobile UI/UX design. Please kindly check:
Positive Aspects:1. Simple Layout: Clean, minimal layout makes navigation straightforward.
- High-Quality Images: The product images are clear and professional, which enhances visual appeal.
- Responsive Design: The site adjusts well to mobile screens without breaking any elements.
Suggestions for Improvement:1. Sticky Navigation Bar: I recommend you should implement a sticky navigation bar ensures that users can easily access important sections without needing to scroll back up.
-
Reduce Text Blocks: You can consider to break down large paragraphs into shorter sections with subheadings or bullet points. This can help improves readability and ensures that key information is easier to scan on small screens.
-
Faster Load Time: Please not to Compress images and optimize the site for quicker load times, especially for mobile users on slower connections.
-
. Add Live Chat Support for your store
I noticed that your website lacks a help widget and live chat feature, which would allow customers to contact you immediately. This is a valuable touchpoint to connect with your customers and understand them better. A powerful live chat that assists potential customers instantly by addressing their questions or concerns in real time can help prevent abandonment and encourage purchases
I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free Live Chat, WhatsApp & FAQ App. You can easily reach customer support via WhatsApp, ensuring immediate assistance for inquiries. Also, the widget provide multi self-Service options such as order tracking and an FAQ section empower customers to resolve common questions on their own, reducing the need for direct support.

Hi @JoeHarry1 , after reviewing your website on mobile, I would like to offer the following feedback and suggestions for improvement:
1. Paragraph Alignment: I recommend considering justified alignment for the paragraphs on your store. This can enhance readability and create a more polished appearance.
2. Star Rating Centering: The star rating currently appears to be misaligned to the left, and centering it would improve the overall aesthetic of the product reviews.
3. “Shop Now” Button: It seems that the “Shop Now” button is not functioning properly, it does not redirect me to any other product or cart pages.
4. Advertisements: I noticed that the ads inserted on the website might affect the shopping experience for customers. In some instances, they appear at the top of the page and are quite large, which could detract customers from the primary content.
I hope the feedback will be helpful.

Hi @JoeHarry1 ,
I’m from Mageplaza, a Shopify solution expert. I would be glad to review your website and provide feedback on improving its performance.
Below are some suggestions to improve the UX/ UI:
Firstly, please check Shop Now button, when I click on it, the product detail page does not show. So I cannot make recommendations for the page.
1.Improving website speed on mobile
- I checked your website performance on PageSpeed Insights - a Google tool that measures the website performance and found that scores on mobile, where a high number of the traffic is coming from, is just around 2x - pretty low while the performance score on mobile should ideally be above 6x.
- Slow loading speeds affect various aspects related to user behavior and business outcomes, ultimately leading to lower conversion rates. Here is some suggestion:
- For Shopify stores, the following are several factors that impact website performance
- Store theme
- The apps installed
- Any additional third-party code you’ve manually added to your store, including tag managers and the tags within them- Here are some tips that you can use to improve your site performance:
- Use compressed images
- Optimize use of Shopify apps
- Or consider professional help
- You can check here more advice from Shopify
2. Adding promotional banners and improving promotional sections on homepage
You should add seasonal banners for current promotions or collections (e.g., Summer Sale, Winter Collection) to catch the attention of customers.
Featuring sections like “Best Sellers” and “On Sale”, New arrivals on the homepage can drive attention to popular and discounted products, encouraging visitors to engage more with your site. Here is a reference:
3. Adding return/refund and shipping policies
Adding these policies will address purchasing hesitation quickly and encourage customers to buy your products. Here is a reference:
I hope my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback. Good luck!
Hi @JoeHarry1
I took a look at your store on my phone, and overall, it looks clean and well-organized. However, there are a few areas where you can improve the mobile experience to make it even better for your customers. Here’s my feedback:
1. Loading Speed- The homepage takes a little while to load completely. Since mobile users are often on slower connections, optimizing your images and reducing file sizes (using tools like TinyPNG or Shopify’s built-in optimizations) could help a lot.
- Consider using lazy loading for images to speed up initial load times.
2. Navigation- The menu icon is visible and easy to find, which is great. However, once I opened it, I noticed the subcategories were a bit cramped. You might want to add more spacing or make it collapsible for a cleaner look.
- Adding a “sticky” header with a search bar and cart icon could make navigation smoother for users who want to browse quickly.
3. Product Pages- The product images look great on mobile, but the thumbnails are slightly too small. I recommend making them a bit larger or introducing a swipe-to-scroll feature.
- Adding a “Buy Now” button right under the “Add to Cart” button could encourage faster purchases.
4. Text and Fonts- Some of the product descriptions and banner texts are small on mobile. Increasing the font size slightly (14-16px for body text) can improve readability.
- Ensure consistent font styling across all sections to maintain a polished look.
5. Checkout Process- The checkout page looks fine, but there’s room to simplify it further. Make sure the fields are auto-filled where possible (like city/state after ZIP code) and ensure buttons are large enough to tap easily.
- Highlight trusted payment options and add security badges to reassure mobile buyers.
6. Pop-Ups- I noticed a pop-up for your newsletter. While it’s good for building your email list, it covers the screen and feels intrusive on mobile. You could use a less disruptive slide-in instead.
7. Calls to Action (CTAs)- The CTAs are clear, but I’d suggest making them more prominent by adding a slightly brighter color for the “Shop Now” buttons or increasing the padding.
Example for Reference
Below is an example of what I mean for sticky navigation (with search and cart icons):
This makes navigation smooth and keeps important actions easily accessible for mobile users.
If you’d like me to dive into specific aspects or test out a feature, feel free to ask. You’re on the right track, and these small tweaks can make a big difference.
If you need any other assistance, feel free to reply and I will try my best to help.
Best regards,
Daisy
