Hey,
For some reason when i connect my facebook pixel to shopify story it isn’t working, i have downloaded the chrome facebook ad helper extension and it hasn’t detected any pixels on my website. I have followed all the steps and it isn’t working.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Your Facebook pixel should be injected into your store once your Facebook sales channel is completely setup. In your store admin, under sales channels, please click on the Facebook sales channel and review it for any error messages or potential issues.
If you have not yet setup the Facebook sales channel you can do so by following these steps: Facebook channel quick guide · Shopify Help Center
If the Facebook sales channel is fully setup and you are still not seeing the pixel firing on your pages you will want to reach out to our technical support for additional help. To contact them please follow this link: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support, sign into your store account, search for “Facebook pixel” and use the contact support button at the bottom of the search results to see all our live support options.
