My newly created shop is unavailable when I try to activate it with a month plan

Hello my name is Aron. My friends created a shop fortunebeautys and transferred the site to me. I added my credit card to pay the shopify month plan, everything fine until that, the site crashed and showed the shop was currently unavailable to both the customers and admins. I checked the community and found guys with similar problems, seems like its about the credit card. Please help fix its urgent.

Thanks Maz! In fact I did submit a ticket yesterday, the number is 29631091, I didn’t get any response by now however. Hope to hear from your support team asap, if you can expedite the routine, that would be really helpful for me and my colleagues. Thanks again.
