My store became unavailable immediately after I posted my credit card information to buy a monthly plan. My entire business has stalled because of this.
I do not know why my store is unavailable?
I will happily follow all policies and protocols if only I knew what is required of me. I do not have access to my site that I spent many days creating.
Ticket number is 36897700, Shopify is not responding me and not opening my store. Kindly reopen my store. Thanks

Have you been contacted by any of our teams about the status of your store?
Try checking your account owner’s email address to see if you’ve gotten an email out from the team, being sure to check your spam or other folders, as emails like this can be filtered there by some providers. Make sure to reply to that email, as the team who sent it will be able to help further.

While we can’t access those over social media for privacy reasons, I will flag this with our internal team to ensure the next steps are followed.
They just contacted me now and said they can’t do anything about it apart from transferring my ticket to your specialized team and that can take alot time…
Paypal didn’t want to process my payment so I tried adding my personnal credit card from Revolut, I can’t see any problem that can cause disabling my store apart from stalling my business.
Can you do something about it please or do I just create another shopify account and redo everything from zero which will be faster than waiting for a response ?
