My Product seems out of order even though it is not out of stock

even though its not out of stock the site shows it as if it was out of stock

Could be a temporary issue. May be double check your availability field as well on the product customizer in the backend.

Hi there, @oguzsanci35 . Please try checking in your Shopify admin again:

  • Go to the product > scroll to Variants

  • Make sure each variant has stock and is set to continue selling when out of stock (if applicable)

  • Confirm no variant is marked as unavailable for current sales channel.
