Hello,

I have a problem with the out of stock error message. When I want to add a product into the cart, it says out of stock even though every product (variant) is above 0. My availability location is correct, every product is active, the online store is checked, password protection is off, and the domain is correctly set up. I see a lot of people say it is the location problem, but I only have one location, and it is set up correctly. I have no idea what to do anymore.

I would be very grateful for guidance on how to test it more.

Thank you

Hey @all-lee-who

I’m sure there’s something which you’re missing out in your product section in the admin dashboard that’s causing this out of stock problem. If you’d like me to have a detailed look at it, then feel free to share your store URL and collaborator request code in my private messages so I can have a look at it.

Best,

Moeed

Hey there @all-lee-who Since you’ve already checked on the location and domain concerns, my suggestion now would be to reach out to Shopify customer support to see how they can guide you on solving this issue.
